Selections are held only for this tab and exports include only records visible under the current filters. When none are selected, the current filtered set is used. Superseded amendment versions are excluded from the filing set but remain identified in JSON history. Exports are limited to 2 current records and 4 MB so exact validation stays within the fixed low-cost database capacity; narrow the filters or selection above those limits. Before preparation, NDIScribe records an append-only audit event with the actor, server time, format, count and record-set digest. This records preparation only, not a completed download, print or external filing.
Declare external filing
Preparing an export does not prove that a browser download or print completed. After you complete that step, use this append-only declaration for the exact record versions in the most recently prepared export.

Online workspace
Owners must remove every other active or pending team member before deleting the online workspace and its synced records. Worker or manager deletion removes only that person's access and profile; retained signed records remain in workspace history. Device-only data is managed on each device.
