NDIScribe assists workers with drafting and gives authorised workspace managers tools to review, export and record filing activity for synced signed records. A signed-in worker may optionally send a new draft and selected support type to an external writing assistant after explicit consent to receive an editable writing suggestion, checklist and wording flags. AI review is quota-limited and may be unavailable; manual review remains available offline. AI output is supporting writing material only. It is not a score, approval, compliance result, legal advice, clinical advice or regulatory advice.

The person signing must check the final text against the actual shift record and remains responsible for its accuracy. The organisation remains responsible for authority to disclose draft text, privacy, human review, approval, access, retention, disposal and external submission. NDIScribe does not submit records to the NDIS Commission, PRODA or another records system.

NDIScribe is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Paid workspaces are subscribed to on the web. NDIScribe is charged as one flat price for the whole organisation, monthly or yearly, with no difference in features between customers and no charge that depends on how many people use it. Checkout shows the billing interval and the final amount before payment details are confirmed. A new workspace starts with a free 30-day trial. No card is asked for or held during the trial, nothing is charged, and the trial does not become a subscription on its own: at the end of it the workspace becomes read-only, existing records stay readable and exportable, and it stays that way until somebody chooses to subscribe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops a future renewal; access may continue through the paid period and any grace window shown by NDIScribe.

Support workers are never charged, individually or otherwise, and are never shown a price. The organisation may add and remove as many people as it needs to at no additional cost: adding someone does not raise the invoice and removing someone does not lower it. One workspace holds up to 5000 people, which is a service capacity limit rather than a billing limit, and it applies the same way whatever the organisation pays. The owner is responsible for keeping team access current and removing anyone who should no longer see workspace records.

We may vary the price or these terms by giving at least 30 days' notice to the email address held for the workspace owner. A variation takes effect from the first renewal on or after the notice period ends, it never applies part way through a period already paid for, and the owner may cancel at any time before it takes effect. Continuing the subscription after that date is acceptance of the varied terms.

Payments, refunds and disputes are processed through Stripe. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact support if a charge is wrong or the service was not supplied as described.
